No. Care is month to month. You can pause or cancel with a message before the next billing date. We would rather earn the next month than lock you in.
Anything that takes under about an hour and does not change how the store is built: banners, texts, prices, discounts, shipping rules, new pages from existing sections, app settings, fixing something that broke. If it is bigger, we tell you before starting and quote it separately.
Yes. We start with a short review of the theme, apps and tracking so we know what we are looking after. That review is included in the first month.
Monitoring alerts us. On Priority we look at it the same day, including weekends for checkout-down situations. On Essential and Standard we pick it up the next business day – and the monitoring means we usually know before you do.
Email or a shared chat, whichever you prefer. You write in plain words, we confirm what we understood and when it will be done. No ticket systems, no forms.
Any time – up or down, from the next month. Many clients start on Standard, move to Priority before the Christmas season, and come back down in January.
