Shopify Care terms

1. The service

Shopify Care is a monthly support service for one Shopify store. What is included depends on the plan (Essential, Standard or Priority) as described on the Shopify Care page. The first month includes a full AI audit of the store.

2. Hours

Each plan includes a number of hours of changes per month. Unused hours do not carry over. Work beyond the included hours, and one-off projects, are done only after we agree the scope and price in writing and are invoiced separately.

3. Response times

We respond within the time stated for your plan on business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, Latvian time). Priority includes same-day response on business days and standby on agreed campaign days.

4. Payment

The plan is billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT; Latvian VAT (21%) is added where applicable, EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. The subscription renews automatically every month.

5. Cancelling and changing plans

You can cancel or change your plan at any time by email to info@perfectionmedia.lv. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; the month already started is not refunded. A plan change applies from the next billing date. There is no minimum term.

6. Your part

You give us staff access to the store and tell us about changes made by others. Fees for Shopify, apps, domains and other third-party services are paid by you directly to those providers.

7. Liability

We work carefully and back up the theme before changes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for third-party services, apps or Shopify outages.

8. Data

We process store data only to provide the service and in line with our privacy policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Latvian law applies.
