Integrations and custom development

Shopify that talks to the rest of your business.

ERP, accounting, warehouse, payments, parcel lockers and old databases – we connect them to Shopify and keep them in sync. Built by us, not bought as a plugin and hoped for.

  • Norgate, Moneo, Horizon and Jumis connected
  • Shopify Functions and Admin API written in-house
  • Stores we did not build are welcome

What we connect

The systems we work with every week

Not a list of logos we have heard of. These integrations run in live stores today.

01

ERP and warehouse

Norgate, Moneo, Visma Horizon, Tildes Jumis, 1C. Stock, prices, orders and product data flow both ways on a schedule you choose – with a nightly repair job for the cases where the ERP overwrites what it should not.

02

Accounting and invoices

Invoices generated from Shopify orders in the format your accountant wants: VAT by country, reverse charge for EU companies, two currencies on one document, pickup-point details taken from the cart.

03

Payments and financing

MakeCommerce, Montonio, Klix, Paysera, Stripe, Shopify Payments. Instalments via Inbank. One shipping zone per country, so rates and carriers never mix.

04

Logistics and parcel lockers

Omniva, DPD, Venipak, Latvijas Pasts, Swotzy. Locker selection at checkout and multi-warehouse shipping rules written as Shopify Functions, so a split order never charges shipping twice.

05

Migrations and data

WooCommerce, OpenCart and Magento to Shopify without losing history: hundreds of reviews, gift-card balances, customer accounts, redirects. Bulk work through the Admin GraphQL API and Matrixify, from MySQL, CSV or XML sources.

06

Custom code, no app fee

Shopify Functions for discounts and shipping, Custom Pixels for GA4 and Google Ads conversions, metaobjects for structured content, product configurators for engraving, personalisation and quantity tiers – built into the theme.

07

Subscriptions and B2B

Seal Subscriptions rules, B2B price lists, VAT removal for verified companies, minimum quantities per product, wholesale checkout flows.

08

Marketing stack

Klaviyo and Omnisend flows, Judge.me reviews, Google Merchant Center feeds with correct weights and shipping, Meta Conversions API. Tracking that matches the bank statement.

09

Bookings and unusual products

Time-slot bookings, gift cards with custom designs, made-to-order products with per-unit fees, catalogues of 10,000 items assigned templates by type. If Shopify can hold it, we can build it.

Recent integration work, in plain words

We are a small team, so nobody hides behind a project manager. We write the code, read the ERP documentation and sit on the call with your accountant. Some recent work, names left out:

  • Norgate ERP and a print-shop catalogueProduct variants, prices and stock kept in sync with an ERP that reverts changes. A nightly repair job puts them back before anyone notices.
  • 23 shipping zones on MakeCommerceOne zone per country, rates named by carrier code, countries fed from Shopify Markets, so lockers and couriers never mix.
  • 389 reviews and 24 gift cards moved from WooCommerceBalances imported, not face values. Old codes with dashes still work at checkout.
  • Double shipping fixed with a Shopify FunctionA multi-location store charged shipping twice on 27% of orders. One Function fixed it, no app, no monthly fee.

How an integration project runs

Five steps, no surprises in month three

Most integrations take 2–6 weeks. The quote names the systems, the fields and the direction of every data flow before we start.

  1. 01

    Technical call

Which system is the source of truth for stock, prices, customers and orders. What breaks today.

    Day 0

You get: a clear yes or no and a price range

  2. 02

    Mapping document

Every field, every direction, every schedule, written down. Your accountant and warehouse sign it off.

    Week 1

You get: a one-page data map

  3. 03

    Build in a safe place

Development store or unpublished theme. Nothing touches live orders until it is tested.

    Weeks 2–4

You get: a working integration on test data

  4. 04

    Parallel run

Both systems run side by side for a few days. We reconcile the numbers, not the promises.

    Weeks 4–5

    You get: a reconciliation report

  5. 05

    Go-live and monitoring

Switch-over on a quiet day, then monitoring under Shopify Care so it keeps working after the next update.

    Weeks 5–6

You get: a live integration with monitoring

Straight answers

Questions we hear about integrations

If your system is not named here, ask – the answer is usually yes.

Yes. We connect Shopify to Latvian ERP and accounting systems through their APIs, exports or database feeds, depending on what the system offers. Stock, prices, products and orders move in either direction on a schedule, and a reconciliation job covers the cases where the ERP overwrites Shopify.

Yes. Shopify itself gives nobody database access, but your own systems do. We read and write MySQL, PostgreSQL, CSV and XML sources and bridge them to Shopify through the Admin GraphQL API and bulk operations.

Both, and we choose honestly. If a €10 app solves it, we say so. When an app would cost more than it saves or cannot do the job, we write it: Shopify Functions, Custom Pixels, theme code, metaobjects and API scripts.

This is the most common integration problem, and the reason every project starts with a written data map that names the master system per field. Where an ERP still reverts data, a scheduled repair job restores it.

A payment or logistics integration: days. An ERP or accounting sync: 2–6 weeks including a parallel run. A full platform migration with data: 4–10 weeks. The proposal states it before we start.

Yes, and it is a large part of our work. We start with a short technical review so we know what is in the theme and the apps, then continue from there.

Payment and delivery integrations start from a few hundred euros. ERP and accounting syncs usually land between €1,500 and €6,000, depending on the number of fields and directions. You get a fixed quote per phase, not an open hourly meter.
